Phrase of wisdom

I had this phrase to share with you people out there, a phrase worth a million meanings (depends on how you would interpret it...) whom I got it from my 'genius' lecturer who is currently 'far far far' away over the global world. Take some time to ponder it...

Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence;
talent will not,
the world is full of unsuccessful people with talent;
genius will not,
unrewarded genius is almost a proverb;
education is not,
the world is full of educated derelict;
persistence and determination alone are SUPREME!
