met up wif another old fren, siva....lolz....u'r getting bigger wif tummy that u think makes u a man....well, its ur opinion...no comment....keke.....bachelor in dentist surgery??great great....and ur bio skills challenge wif ky....no doubt bout tat....good luck my fren.... dun get too obsessed wif fifa 2007 n man utd.... ^_-

just a few days afta raya, i went for a dinner wif ex-tuition mates (since f2 /f3) at Kim Bali a.k.a Assam House....we ( me, da 2 kys', eujin, hui zhi, kam wah, jiayin, hong seng and nicholas) were supposed to meet up at 5pm....but of coz, malaysia trend whr got so early wan? say 5pm sure reach thr at 5 sumthin wan....summore got 2 ppl fong fei kei....haha...pity jiayin, da earliest havta wait for more den haf n hour....the last person arrived at 6pm++.....we called only 4 dishes (curry fish head,rendang chicken,vege and 'nga pou' taufu ) but expected adi, this place sure got almost 100 bucks.... sorry boss a.k.a wei zhi ,i dunno ky din deliver the msg to u.... anyway u'r working at that time...so same niah...hehe....

kinyew(mcD) still didnt change much...as playful as ever but gettin more serious adi....keke.....the incident wif da assam hse waitress....lolz....taking 5 sub in stpm, i oso scared ler....bio+phy subjects summore.....reli keng, gambateh wor dude.....the rest is still da same ler....kwok yii (and the 'mengada' SL)....happy go lucky kam wah....kewl-cool eujin....leng leng zhizhi....brighter jiayin....da missin boss....and da same old me.... =p frenz 4ever!!!

Deepa-Raya - part 1

In estatic mood,i went back to my dear hometown,yipoh last week....its a week break before my finals begin (thats the day after tml upon updating this blog....swt)....things didnt went thru the way i wanted it to be as planned....i only did a few sub-chap of the multiple integrals for tat 1 whole week....gosh!...someone pls save me!!! (sob....sob....sob...).....hopefully u ppl dun see my face in the newspaper headlines; "Student in stress hanged!"....

During deepavalli, i celebrated in avi's hse.....met back some good old frens in high school that i guessed i had lost contact with, like arun (good luck in ur course in IMU).....din get to meet gauri but nvm....find u afta ur stpm.....^_- well, heap of praises must go to avi's home-made mutton....muahaha...i reli love them loads....tats the best food every year i went to his hse during deepavali.....too bad, no pics taken coz its special and confidential or else sum1 might copyright it....thanx bro for inviting me even though u noe u might hav certain religious restrictions.... =p

On raya itself, i went to Moven Peak for lunch....someone spend me...muahaha....thanx a lot for da sumptuous meal, yivon.....lolz....nt year's place must change adi...kenot Moven Peak....sien larr...hehe.....its sorta like a belated burfday treat....but ok la...not too bad....at least i dun burn ur purse's hole like u did coz of.....hehe......later on, we went to da 'open hse' by Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Mohd Tajol Rosli Mohd Ghazali, the venue is just right beside Ipoh Parade.....lotsa foods were prepared, e.g. ketupat, rendang, murtabak, nasi kandar, fried stuffs, local food and lots more....

Just another mail

Mail from an I.T professional who has undergone this incident;

"I wanted to share an incident of my life with you.

Dear colleagues,

I am working in Blore Software City. I wanted to share an incident of my life with you, hoping that it may be an eye opener to you so that you can live more years. On 27 th October afternoon I had severe heart attack symptom and I was rushed to the hospital. Here I would thank my colleagues Krishna Reddy, Ajit, Rayalu and Arjun, who have saved my life by taking perfect decisions and helped me in all needs. The Procedure that I have gone through was really expensive and I couldn't have made it with out ValueLabs and Dr.Abdul karim's team. After reaching to the hospital the doctors prescribed a test called angiogram. This test is basically to identify blood flow of heart arteries. When they finished the test they found a 94% block in the main artery, please see the image below with red circle.



At this point I wanted to share my living style which has caused this block in my heart arteries. Please see the below points of my life style, if any of these points are part of your life style then you are at risk, please change yourselves. I was not doing any physical exercise for more than 10 years, not even walking 30 minutes a day for years. My food timings are 11:00 AM Breakfast or no Breakfast,3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Lunch and dinner at 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Sleeping in very odd timings, going to bed between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Waking up at between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Some times spending sleepless nights. I used to eat heavily because of long gaps between lunch and dinner and I used to make sure that Non-Veg is available most of the time, there where times when I did survey on city hotels to find delicious Non-Veg dishes. I was never interested in vegetable and healthier food. Above all I was chain smoker form years. My father passed away due to heart problems, and the doctors say the heart problems are usually genetic. Once they identified the major block they have done immediately a procedure called angioplasty along with 2 Stents, mean they will insert a foreign body into the heart arteries and open the blocked area of arteries. Please see the below image after the procedure.



I learnt form the doctors that 60% people will die before reaching the hospital, 20% people will die in the process of recovering form heart attack and only 20% will survive. In my case I was very lucky to be part of the last 20%.

Doctors instructions:

1-Need to have physical exercise for minimum of 45 minutes daily.
2-Eat your food at perfect timing, like how you eat during your school days. Eat in small quantities more times and have lot of vegetables and boiled food, try to avoid fry items and oily food. Fish is good than other non-vegetarian food.
3-Sleep for 8 hours a day, this count should complete before sun rising.
4-Stop smoking.
5-Genetic problems, we can not avoid but we can get away form it by having regular checkups. 6-Find a way to get relived from the stress (Yoga, Meditation . etc).

So I urge you all to please avoid getting into this situation, it is in your hands to turn the situation up side down, by just planning /changing your life style, by following simple points above. Because life is wealth and GOD gives you life only once. I pray to GOD that no one should face this situation. Wish you a healthier life. "

Cham lor......i hardly hav any physical exercise for at least 45 min per day.....gosh!!!....life over here is all about eating n sleeping....chamz.....even getting vegetables dish is also a problem.....i hope i m not the one who will face this kinda problems at this tender age.....swt....luckily i m not a smoker.....thats something good to cheer about....sanguinity.... =p Life in this world is only once, so cherish ur life....once u build up scars in ur journey of life....it will remain there forever....it isn't like computer games or even dota,where u can be resurrected upon death.....dun spoil this 'one' life that u hav,given by GOD by doin something stupid....living life to the fullest has its own boundaries also....dun be adamant.....measure ur steps and make the right choice....^_- for smokers out thr....why not try to stop smoking...i dun see the benefits of smoking and in fact, its a total waste of money....this is already 2006...a modern world and unique generation....i m sure most of u had already been exposed bout the pros n cons of smoking....so why smoking??

"Its da same ball game, you just kick the ball, on the field and dun play with ur hands!!!"....this quote has been getting famous around my uni...especially those taking advanced calculus 2 under Dr.Burn....hurmz....i dunno why but he kept on repeating the phrase 'its da same ball game','its da same ball game'.....'you just kick da ball on the field'....afta solving or proving the maths equation....might as well 'you just kick ur ballz on da field'...haha....tats wat my frenz use to say everytime he say that.....comprande no comprande estudiante???.....'do u understand wat the roundabout i m talking?'...hey which roundabout r u talking??we r talking bout calculus.....doink!!.....it makes me kept on thinking....

of coz,not all ball games are the same....they do differ in the game play...u cant be kicking all ballz all da time...u cant kick ur ballz.....hehe....and so forth....but one thing that still disturb me is how those equations are related to ball games....okok, change topic...i will let that to be judged by u ppl!!!Today is another monotoneous saturday....nuthin nice to do, cant even think of studying since i just had my lab test yesterday nite....wat a SWT one.....imagine u were asked on things that u dun even noe and u werent taught b4....blank!.....i m currently anxious waiting for 'kamen rider kabuto' epi 33 to the latest sub...haha...lately i hav been watching quite a number of anime....bleach, naruto, fate stay nite, full metal alchemist and da list goes on.....all compliments goes to the intranet for the file sharing around the campus....and not to miss out those latest movies in cinema, new tvb drama and korean movee being shared here....this makes me one heck of a fat lazy worm,facing the pc for almost 24/7.....checking my mail now and i found some interesting facts....take a look...

"Better be safe, pls take note. it's true story. For those who sleep in the air-cond room........... A friend of mine has passed away recently, please read the mail below and be careful. Heard of a bad news regarding Charleine, who studied in MSMKL with some of us. She passed away last weekend due to carbon monoxide poisoning. It happened when she lighted an aromatheraputic candle for the night in a room with air-conditioning on and all windows closed. Due to lack of oxygen in the room, the burning of the candle cannot fully oxidized & thus forming dangerous carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide will prevent oxygen exchange in the lungs, resulting the person dozing off to state of unconsciousness & eventually death inless than 1 hour, depending on the room size! I am sending this e-mail out to all of you so that you will be aware of such danger when lighting aromatheraputic candles in any unventilated rooms."

i am pondering....why would someone light a candle in a room whr u hav aircons...might as well use those table lamps or fluorescent light on ur wall....dun tell me u can afford to pay for the aircon but not for the electric which is way much cheaper....wanna play lantern in ur room meh???anyway, this seems to hav its on truth....so peeps out thr, betta take notice... =p u dun wanna go sleeping and end up lost in ur dreams forever,dont u???

Lantern Fest at Cheras....

Wat a horrible scorching sunday,with the unbearable burning smell+stench of the haze....last sunday was reli a bad day....all because of those indons burning their forest...from time n again, they have cause this havoc to our country....wat to do?we hav neither control nor power against them....by the time we wait PBB to take action....my lungs adi one heck of a charcoal bag.....that day itself i bathed for 5 times....each time afta bath sure swt kao kao wan.....hot!!!

(i m ready for the payback....come on...right on!!!) =p that left me n muh bro....so we headed straight to leisure mall,cheras...b4 tat we went for lunch at somewhr nearby the leisure mall (i forgot wat name adi...quite famous for da fish ball and noodles)....

that week was the mooncake festival celebration....i couldnt go back to ipoh coz of the circuit test 2 at nite....but anyway...managed to celebrate wif some frens at the tasik....caught in the rain late midnite and only reached back to my hostel at 2am....luckily i could still manage to settle my subject registration in time the next day....back to the leisure mall....that sunday was packed with people around cheras....maybe coz thr's something on in leisure mall.....i guessed it must be the mooncake festival thingy.....

Heaven and Earth

Okla, had my lab test this morning....i guess it shud be ok though....most of my frens couldn't get the output voltage from the operational amplifiers exactly,with the theoretical value.....thank GOD for granting me the wisdom to complete the lab in time. =P Its been a hectic week for me and i m gonna sit for my last test (theory lab test) before the finals on the 30th.....Pretty weird for me....this test is different from others in the sense of marking scheme.....There will be a part on true false statement but behold, it isnt just an ordinary true false thingy...there will be 15 questions regarding the true false questions....per correct answer u gain a mark, per wrong answer u will be deducted a mark and if u leave the box empty, nuthin will be done....lolz....weird rite?More like a quiz competition...Just imagine, if u correct half only and wrong another half....ur score will be ZERO.....swt... ^_-

I actually plan to post this up few weeks back but then, as days were pretty busy back then plus i have free time rite now, i m gonna talk a lil bout something different.U might be wonderin wat different?About?Heaven vs Earth??Nah.... Its bout the difference from my uni with INTI Nilai....I went to INTI Nilai for a talk on public speaking, organized by IET of Inti on the 23rd of September......'WoW', thats my reaction upon visiting around the campus....there are lots of things that i will never see in my uni.....these are the things i nvr had in my uni....

a cyber-cafe!!!my goodness....cyber cafe in campus...no wonder my cousin is enjoying life thr....computers thr preety high-end judging from the appearance....wakakaka!

overall, the talk was quite interesting....quite a good speaker....will giv 8 points out of 10....hehe....talking about the infrastructures and facilities, my uni will be able to compete with other top uni in malaysia....haha...tats something to be proud of.....our multi purpose hall(mph) shud beat the INTI nilai's mph flat....yeah yeah!....but talking bout entertainments....far lacking den others...but got cybercafe oso not good....play dota 23/7 den study 1 hour....no sleep!

Haze suxx!!

Wat a boring sunday.... I almost forgotten i had actually a blog still running....Ah, looking back at the previous post reli saddens me... 'I hadn't update it for quite some time'.... The reason? I hav been giving lame,cold reasonable reason for it, e.g. internet connection hyper slow,programming assignments,tonnes of tests,quizzes,clubs activities n so on... I keep on blabbing bout all this stuff most of da time....why o why, but all these things arent avoidable... It just happens not only to me.... I noe that i must move on... so move on! I had my subject registration yesterday for my 2nd sem here....couldn't get all the same class wif my frenz but still ok ler...i gotta accept that! =p

aww,the haze here is very bad....i m sucking those burned air all the time....and sweating out all those foul air all the time....someone do something,please??? The past 2 days it rained....yesterday,the sky was clear and this morning,the weather is hazzy...may this torment end!



sooner or later,if nuthin will be done to overcome this problem...i will be like this...da product of sucking too much burned air...help me!!
